Returns

(1) Returns-All returns must be authorized!!!

We make all cutters to order. We do not stock.

We will require a 20% fee on non-bulk orders because  we do not stock . On bulk order this fee is raised to 35%. We just do not have the space to store large quantities of cutters. That is why all are made to order.This will be deducted from your refund once the items are returned.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

You must contact us prior to returning any product. You MUST have a returned authorization number written on the returned package. If there is no authorization the package will be refused and returned to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can we accept a return on used product.

(2) Damaged Merchandise

If any of your items in your order are damaged when you receive it, please let us know. Bulk orders will be insured when sent USPS Retail Ground and may be insured when sent Priority Mail. USPS provides insurance of $50 for all priority mail shipments. If your order has been insured and your package has been lost or damaged please file a claim with USPS. We will be happy to supply you with a copy of the original receipt for the purchase of the label. If your package has not been insured we will refund you the purchase price for the damaged cutters when supplied with proof of damage (picture sent to us via email). For our international customers: Your packages are issued insurance when shipping. Please make a claim with your local postal service for lost or damaged orders.
We are not responsible for damaged items 7 days after delivery date.

(3) Missing an Item?

If you are missing an item in your shipment you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of package. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!

(4) Canceling an Order

An order can be canceled under the following conditions:
--Contact must be made no later than 12 hours from the time of the invoice and the order cannot have already been shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled:

--If your order has shipped
--If you feel it will be too late to receive--we cannot guarantee a delivery time so read our shipping policies before you order

Cancelling an order once it has been packed results in a 20% stocking fee. We make all cutters to order and do not stock. Therefore if we have to "stock" the items that you cancelled a 20% fee of your purchase price will be deducted from your refund.

(4) Refusing Package

If you "refuse" a package that has been delivered to you for  you will only receive a refund for the purchase price of the cutters. It does not matter the reason you refused it. Shipping costs are non refundable.

(5) Exchanges

We do not make exchanges.
