Returns and Refunds

Thanks for shopping American Tradition Cookie Cutters.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following:

You have ​7​ calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must contact us about a return​. You cannot just send it back. The package will be refused.

We will issue you a return authorization number which must be put on the return label.

All return costs are the customers responsibility. We do not issue return labels.  

We have a 20% stocking fee on returns that are less than 100 pieces. We make all cutters to order and do not have the space to stock.  This fee compensates for that lack of space.

For bulk orders 100 cutters or more our stock fee is 35%.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned.

Damaged Merchandise 

Please contact us if your items have been damaged during delivery.

  Packages that have been shipped via USPS Priority Mail (or Priority Mail International) are insured for at least $100.

 You will need to send detailed pictures of the damages and the box they came in.

For packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail please contact us. We will still need pictures to see the damages.

Missing a Cutter?

 If you are missing a cookie cutter from your order, send us a message within 7 calendar days from receiving your package. There will be no exceptions for this!

Refusing a Package

 If you refuse the package sent to you, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the cutters only. The shipping charges will not be refunded. This applies no matter the reason you refused the package.

 Wrong Address

 We make every effort to verify the address you give is a valid post office deliverable address. Our system automatically fills in the address you supply. Please be sure it is correct. If for some reason your package is sent back to us as “insufficient address” we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the cutters. The package will not be sent back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 If you notice your package was returned to us and you are sure your address is correct, please contact us.
