Returns

(1) Damaged Merchandise

If any of your items in your order are damaged when you receive it, please let us know. Bulk orders will be insured when sent USPS Priority Mail and may be insured when sent USPS Retail Ground.  USPS provides insurance of $100 for all priority mail shipments. UPS Orders are insured up to $100 per package.  If your order has been insured and your package has been lost or damaged please file a claim with USPS. We will be happy to supply you with a copy of the original receipt for the purchase of the label. If your package has not been insured we will refund you the purchase price for the damaged cutters when supplied with proof of damage (picture sent to us via email). For our international customers: Your packages are issued insurance when shipping. Please make a claim with your local postal service or UPS for lost or damaged orders.
We are not responsible for damaged items 7 days after delivery date. Please let us know BEFORE the 7 days.

(2) Canceling an Order

An order can be canceled under the following conditions:
--Contact must be made no later than 12 hours from the time of the invoice and the order cannot have already been shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled:

--If your order has shipped (please look at message below)
--If you feel it will be too late to receive--we cannot guarantee a delivery time so read our shipping policies before you order

If you wish to cancel an order AFTER it ships please contact us. You MUST refuse your package.  USPS will accept a package for return to sender if it has not been tampered with at no cost to you. For UPS you must contact them at 1-800-PICK-UPS and follow their directions. Once your package has been received by us and inspected for damages we will issue you a refund for your purchase price minus a 20-30% fee(depends on size of order). We make all cutters to order and therefore do not have room to hold cutters. That fee is for having to hold those cutters. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

(3) Exchanges

We do not make exchanges. Our cutters are made to be used with food and therefore due to safety reasons they cannot be exchanged.

(4) Returns

We do not accept returns on any orders. Our cutters are made to be used with food and therefore, due to safety reasons, they cannot be returned.
