Shipping policy

WE MAKE ALL CUTTERS TO ORDER

All orders of 499 or less are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders of 500 -1000 cutters are processed within at least 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders of 1001 or more please add 1 extra day per 500 cutters after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The United States Postal System recently changed some of their shipping names. USPS First Class Package and Retail Ground have combined into USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping estimates are just that, estimates. We have no control over the US Postal System. These estimates are in addition to our processing times.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we no longer ship to the UK or EU. With the ever-changing laws and licenses needed it is just too complicated.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times are 6-20 days but can vary due to carrier and customs. We offer the following shipping services for international packages:

USPS First Class International (up to 4 lbs)

USPS Priority Mail International

UPS (select locations)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. American Tradition Cookie Cutters is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the customers responsibility.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also click this link to take you to the tracking page

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at americantraditioncc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
