No, we do not make custom cutter OR make custom sizes on our existing cutters.

Where are you located?

We are in Douglassville PA

Do you have a physical store? Can I pick my order up?

No, our facility is just for manufacturing. No pickups allowed. All orders must be shipped

What happens if I don't receive my order?

What if my cutter is damaged?

Please contact us via email or our chat and we can help you get a replacement.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns. Our cookie cutters are made to use with food so it is a safety issue.

Can I make changes to the order I already placed?

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours. If you order has not been packed or shipped you can make changes.
