Unfortunately, the shipping and costumer service was not.
Shop policy said shipping takes 2-7 days. I messaged before and owner reassured Me they’d ship by 7th day if not sooner.
I messaged after 7th day. Owner did not apologize but said they are overwhelmed and shipped 2 days late. Owner said I could refuse shipment if I didn’t want.
I asked if I could be upgraded shipping. No response.
Unfortunately, with the holiday weekend and late Shipment these arrived too late for Large custom order. My customer was pretty disappointed. I would have loved to been notified when they knew these would be late. I would have upgraded shipping myself to receive on time. I have not received any messages back from seller.
No clue about the product. Haven’t received yet. Waiting patiently.
