We do not stock. We make all cutters to order so the following will apply to all orders:
Should a package be returned to us as Refused, Undeliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward or Unknown Address, or for any other reason we will contact you via email upon receipt of the order. Please make sure your email is correct on your order. You will have the opportunity to have the package reshipped once we receive a confirmed address. The customer is responsible for the postage to have the item reshipped. This will be charged to your original form of payment. If this charge cannot be made for any reason then the order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund minus shipping and a 20% stocking fee (we do not stock and therefore charge the customer if we need to). There will be no refunds on shipping costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to reply to our communications within 5 business days. After 5 business days, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be given, minus shipping costs and the 20% stocking fee.

For orders under 500 pieces
Orders received Monday through Friday will have a processing time of 3-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday we will processed "as if" they were received on a Monday. We do not work the weekends.
For 500 or more pieces
Processing time starts at 10 business days and for each 500 pieces it will be an extra day.
We do not ship via expedited shipping (i.e.; overnight, 2 day). The reasons for this are
(1) All items are made to order and we need the time to make and process them.
(2) The United States Postal System cannot guarantee overnight to ALL places. Therefore we do not offer it at all.
There may be an increase in processing times at certain times of the year (i.e.: holiday season), however we will post the new times on this page if necessary.

Insurance may be added to your package/packages. If insurance is added and there is damaged to your items or the package is lost please contact your local post office to file a claim.
We reserve the right to increase all processing times if necessary without notice.
(1) USA Shipping
We offer USPS First Class Parcel, Retail Ground or Priority Mail for domestic shipments. This is determined by the US Postal System. The shipping choices that are available to your area will show up in the shopping cart. All areas do not have the same shipping choices. We have no control over this. Estimated delivery time (after processing) for First Class Parcel and Retail Ground is 2-9 days. For Priority Mail, estimated delivery time (after processing) is 2-3 days. (2) Canadian Shipping
We ship via first class international package and priority mail international. Estimated delivery time is 7-21 days for first class international and 6-10 days for priority mail international after shipping, however it could be longer due to customs in both the USA and in Canada.
(3) International Shipping
We ship via first class international package and priority mail international. Estimated delivery time is 7-21 days for first class international and 6-10 days for priority mail international after shipping, however it could be longer due to customs in both the USA and in country of destination.

Please view our CALENDAR for the days we will not ship. We will be updating the calendar throughout the year for shipping days, specials, holidays, vacations and other days we may be closed.
We are not responsible for the Post Office. If your package is marked delivered and you say it is not, please take the matter up with your local post office.
(1) Damaged Merchandise
If any of your items in your order are damaged when you receive it, please let us know. Bulk orders will be insured when sent USPS Retail Ground and may be insured when sent Priority Mail. If your order has been insured and your package has been lost or damaged please file a claim with USPS. We will be happy to supply you with a copy of the original receipt for the purchase of the label. If your package has not been insured we will refund you the purchase price for the damaged cutters when supplied with proof of damage (picture sent to us via email). For our international customers: Your packages are issued insurance when shipping. Please make a claim with your local postal service for lost or damaged orders.
We are not responsible for damaged items 7 days after delivery date.
(2) Canceling an Order
An order can be canceled under the following conditions:
--Contact must be made no later than 12 hours from the time of the invoice and the order cannot have already been shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled:
--If your order has shipped
--If you feel it will be too late to receive--we cannot guarantee a delivery time so read our shipping policies(above) before you order
We do not make exchanges.
We make all cutters to order. We do not stock. There will be NO RETURNS on bulk orders (100 or more cutters). NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you have ordered the quantities and styles you want. For orders under 100 pieces please contact us if you need to return items. Returns of those orders must have a request in 7 days after date of delivery. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. There will be a 20% stocking fee applied before we make a refund for returns. NO PARTIAL RETURNS accepted.
