If any of your items in your order are damaged when you receive it,
please let us know. Bulk orders will be insured when sent USPS Retail
Ground and may be insured when sent Priority Mail. If your order has
been insured and your package has been lost or damaged please file a
claim with USPS. We will be happy to supply you with a copy of the
original receipt for the purchase of the label. If your package has not
been insured we will refund you the purchase price for the damaged
cutters when supplied with proof of damage (picture sent to us via
email). For our international customers: Your packages are issued
insurance when shipping. Please make a claim with your local postal
service for lost or damaged orders.
We are not responsible for damaged items 7 days after delivery date.
(2) Canceling an Order
An order can be canceled under the following conditions:
--Contact must be made no later than 12 hours from the time of the invoice and the order cannot have already been shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled:
--If your order has shipped
--If you feel it will be too late to receive--we cannot guarantee a
delivery time so read our shipping policies(above) before you order
We do not make exchanges.
We make all cutters to order. We do not stock. There will be NO
RETURNS on bulk orders (100 or more cutters). NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make
sure you have ordered the quantities and styles you want. For orders
under 100 pieces please contact us if you need to return items. Returns
of those orders must have a request in 7 days after date of delivery. Returns must be made in a sturdy box. Do not pack in a bag or envelope. We will refuse the package if you do this. Our cutters can get damaged during return . We are not responsible if this happens and you will not get a refund on damaged items.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
There will be a 20% stocking fee applied before we make a refund for
returns. NO PARTIAL RETURNS accepted.
Orders received Monday through Friday will
have a processing time of 3-7 business days (excludes weekends and
holidays). Processing DOES NOT include delivery time!
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday we will processed "as if" they were received on a Monday. We do not work the weekends.
For 500 or more pieces
Processing time starts at 10 business days and for each 500 pieces it will be an extra day. Processing DOES NOT include delivery time!
3D PRINTED COOKIE CUTTERS
Under 50 pieces our processing time is 3-7 business days.
Over 50 pieces the time starts at 7 business days. The processing time depends on the number of cutters ordered.
Here at American Tradition Cookie Cutters we try to do all we can to help keep the environment safe.
ALL of our all metal-tin cookie cutters can be recycled.
Once your cookie cutters have lost their life for baking you can use them for the kids.
They can use them to trace and make great pictures for all those around them.
They can decorate them with beads and glue and use them for gifts or tree decorations.
And once they can't
be used anymore in your household please remember to recycle them. Tin
can be used again and again, so don't let them hit a landfill.
Our 3D printed plastic cutters can also be recycled. Once there is no more use for them just toss them in the recycle bin.
In keeping with this theme we do not
send a packing slip with our orders. This causes undue excess paper
waste in the environment. If you would like a copy of your invoice
